Our 2026 Open Day
This was held this year on 25th April at 2pm
The weather was kind and our promotional efforts resulted in around 20 visitors coming along, most of whom had no previous bowls experience. In total there were over 50 people on and around the green at the peak.
At the time of writing 5 Open Day visitors have now joined, including one enthusiastic youngster and his Dad, with more promises in the pipeline.
Cath and her helpers were kept very busy with the coffee and cakes as were those members giving guidance on the green and getting to know the visitors…. thank you, and well done all!
An excellent afternoon to help the Club on it’s way.
